The Virtual
Birth Partnership
Birth prep for couples who don't want to wing it. Three virtual sessions. Real tools. Zero fluff.
You've been preparing.
But preparing alone isn't the same as being ready.
You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Googled things at 2am that you definitely should not have Googled. And you still feel like something is missing.
Here's what's missing: someone to teach YOU. Not a generic class full of strangers. Not a YouTube video made for everyone. Personalized, clear, calm support that actually makes sense for your body, your provider, and your birth.
And yes, your partner too. Because they want to help. They just have no idea how.
I want to understand my options before I'm in the middle of it.
You're not afraid of medicine. You're afraid of someone making decisions for you while you're in a hospital gown, hooked up to a monitor, not knowing what questions to ask.
I want my partner to actually know how to help me.
They mean well. They really do. But standing in the corner looking scared is not the support role either of you pictured. Let's fix that before labor starts, not during it.
I want to feel prepared, not overwhelmed.
There is so much information out there. So much of it is conflicting, scary, or just not relevant to you. You need someone to cut through the noise and tell you what actually matters.
Three sessions.
Everything changes.
Each session is personalized to you, scheduled around your life, and done via video call so it goes wherever you go. No rushing to a class. No sitting in a room with 15 other couples. Just us, focused entirely on your birth.
This is not a birth plan that gets filed away and ignored. This is a real, hospital-friendly preference checklist that covers every direction your birth could go. Unmedicated, medicated, induction, C-section, and everything in between. You will leave this session knowing exactly what you want and how to communicate it calmly, no matter what happens in that room. Both partners are required for this one.
You do not have to be rude to be respected. This session gives you the exact language, questions, and confidence to advocate for yourself with any provider, in any situation. We talk about how to navigate pressure, how to ask for more time, and how to make decisions that actually feel like yours. No confrontation required.
This is the session partners show up for and leave feeling like a completely different person. We cover hands-on comfort techniques, positions that help labor progress, coping strategies for every stage of labor, and how to read the room when things get intense. Both of you practice. Both of you leave ready. No more deer-in-headlights moments.
Your complete support package.
A 2.5-hour self-paced course built for couples. Take it together, take it from the couch, take it in your pajamas. Every purchase also funds global maternal health initiatives.
Postpartum guide, partner guide, recovery recipes, plant medicine guide, and affirmation cards. Everything you need to actually thrive in the fourth trimester.
Learn the basics of breastfeeding before your baby arrives. Trust me, you do not want to figure this out at 3am in the hospital. Take this one early.
Podcasts, books, workouts, and support tools that are actually worth your time. Curated from working with hundreds of families so you don't have to sort through the nonsense.
You want to show up for her.
Let us teach you how.
You are not disengaged. You are just under-equipped. Most birth prep resources talk at the person giving birth and leave you standing there hoping for the best. This is different. You have a real, important role in this birth and we are going to teach you exactly what it is.
Session 3 is basically made for you. By the end of it you will know what to say, what to do, and how to be the person your partner actually needs in that room.
Right now you might be feeling...
Real families.
Real births.

She helped both my husband and me feel calm, confident, and truly supported. She listened to our concerns, advocated for our goals, and worked seamlessly with our care team, making this birth a completely different experience.
Paige W.โ โ โ โ โ
Kyndrick helped us feel completely prepared for whatever direction labor could take. Her education, comfort measures, and thoughtful guidance gave us so much confidence going into birth, and beyond.
Keely H.โ โ โ โ โ
She really walked us through every possible birth scenario so we felt prepared to handle whatever came our way. She was an amazing listener and incredibly knowledgeable.
Danielle F.Hi, I'm Kyndrick.
Colorado girl, eldest daughter, military spouse, rescue dog mom, and avid traveler. I know what it means to build something that moves with you because my whole life does.
I have worked with hundreds of families across El Paso, Enterprise and Dothan, and virtually all over the place. The thing I hear most often after a birth is some version of: "I wish I had found you sooner." That one keeps me going.
I learned traditional birth wisdom from midwives in Mexico City and Oaxaca. I have navigated TRICARE with military families. I have supported first-time moms and fourth-time moms who just wanted a better experience this time around. My approach is simple: I prepare you, not just inform you. There is a real difference.
This virtual package is everything I do in person, just accessible no matter where in the world you happen to be stationed or living when your baby decides to arrive.

Let's talk through
the hesitations.
Yes, and I know that is an extra step. But this package is built for couples, not just the person giving birth. Your partner has a real and important role in your birth and Session 3 in particular requires both of you to practice together. Partners who go through this consistently tell me it was one of the most meaningful things they did before the birth. That is the whole point.
100 percent yes. Session 1 covers every possible scenario including medicated births, inductions, and C-sections. Knowing your options does not mean committing to one path. It means you are informed no matter how your birth unfolds. I am not here to talk you into or out of anything. I am here to make sure you understand what is happening and what you can say.
This was genuinely built with military families in mind. Everything is virtual via Zoom so it follows you wherever you are. The advocacy tools and birth preferences work with any provider at any hospital. TRICARE coverage is also available for in-person doula services so reach out and we can talk through what makes sense for your situation.
The sweet spot is 12 to 20 weeks. This gives us plenty of time to build your foundation before things get intense in the third trimester. That said, all trimesters are welcome including late ones. I have fit three sessions into a few weeks before and made it work. Reach out and we will figure it out together.
Very different. Hospital classes give you a general overview of what is going to happen. They do not teach you how to advocate, how your partner can actually help, or how to navigate the moments when things shift unexpectedly. This is personalized to your specific goals, your provider, and your situation. Big difference.
Yes! Payment plans are available. We can talk through options on your free discovery call. I want this to be accessible so reach out and we will figure something out that works for you.
Walk into birth
ready. Both of you.
The goal is not a perfect birth. The goal is that you understood your choices, made decisions that felt like yours, and walked through it together as a team. That is what I am here for. Let's do this.
