Get our FREE Questions to Ask Your Provider Doc!
This is my bread & butter. Maybe, it's having a Mom as a Kindergarten teacher (hi, Mom), but teaching is my JAM!
During these sessions I will teach you & partner how to:
Navigate the different birth options (unmedicated, medicated, inductions, or c-sections)
How to advocate for yourself and partner during pregnancy & birth
How to provide comfort for yourself and partner during a hands-on comfort measures class where you'll learn all my favorite, Doula approved labor moves
I strive to create an environment that feels safe & supportive for you to birth in - not hostile.
That's why I believe in taking a collaborative approach to advocacy with your birth team.
I believe that your OB/Midwife, Nurse, and myself are all on the same team.
We are all meant to work together and make each other's lives (& your birth) a little bit easier.
Do you want a labor that doesn't last longer than necessary? *Raise hand*
Most the time if labor stalls, it's usually because the baby is stuck somewhere in the pelvis. So let's get them unstuck ASAP.
Together we can do prenatal yoga, optimize baby's position prenatally & mobilize that pelvis in labor to help that baby get out!
