Good news, military families! Under the TRICARE Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration, you’re eligible for 6 hours of prenatal doula support AND/OR birth support. Additionally you can get up to 6 lactation visits. The best part? It's completely COVERED!

5 hours worth of Prenatal Visits:
- - - Birth Preference Checklist: Think of this as your birth plan but for all different scenarios
    - Hands On Comfort Measures Class: Learn my favorite comfort measure techniques in a hands on way. *Requires partner or support person to be there*
    - Advocating 101 Class: How do you work with your provider to get the birth you desire
    - Prenatal Yoga or Birth Bag Packing: You choose!
1 hour postpartum follow-up support after baby arrives
Access to my Favorite Resources Doc: a list of podcasts, books, workouts, and local resources that are actually helpful!
Access to join our Peachey Pregnancy Co. Community! We meet once a month for coffee, walking, and other meet ups! Meet other people in the same phase of life as you!

Through the TRICARE Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration, you are eligible for 6 fully covered lactation counseling sessions — at no cost to you.

Here’s what your sessions can cover:

Prenatal Lactation Class (TRICARE covers sessions starting at 27 weeks!)
Questions about milk supply
Sore nipples and breast pain management
Support for low or high milk supply
Help with plugged ducts and mastitis
Guidance for transitioning back to work
How and when to feed or pump
And more personalized breastfeeding support
