January 2026 is almost over... HOW?
Hello wonderful friends,
Consider this your first official newsletter from Peachey Pregnancy Co.
Which means… you FINALLY have the ability to unsubscribe if you’re tired of hearing from me.
That’s right. I have an unsubscribe button now.
Very official.
All jokes aside, I have a new website that will have the ability to offer 1:1 coaching for those who don't want full doula services and online courses (more on this soon!) If you happen to take a peek - please feel free to send any feedback! I am open to alllllll!
I hope you had a beautiful holiday season and a slow, grounding January.
To my 2025 parents: I hope you’re settling in and starting to find a little breathing room in the postpartum season.
And to my 2026 families: I know you’re feeling the oh sht* moment of “it’s 2026 and baby is coming SOON.” Take a breath. You will figure this out, and I’m here to help every step of the way.
If you’re craving more knowledge that isn’t scary and can be done on your own time, I highly recommend the childbirth and postpartum classes by Wombs of the World. These courses pair beautifully with the in-person deep-dive sessions we’ll have together.
January kicked off a little wild with two births in one day...from moms whose due dates were 10 days apart. A perfect reminder that your “due date” is really just a guess date, not a deadline. They absolutely crushed it, and it was such an honor to support both families on what turned out to be a very popular birth date.
January also marked the start of our weekly walking group! If you missed it, we meet every Wednesday at McKelligon Canyon. The walk is paved, dog and stroller-friendly, and genuinely so fun (after the first hill… IYKYK).
We’ll continue meeting weekly at alternating times -- 9:30am and 1:30pm -- and you can RSVP here.
This month also marked a huge milestone for me. I supported my 100th family. I honestly don’t have words for how humbling this feels. One hundred of you have trusted me during one of the most overwhelming and tender seasons of your lives. You’ve let me witness your strength, sit with you in hard moments, and cheer you on when you didn’t think you could keep going. I learn something from every single family, and I am endlessly grateful for the trust you place in me. Some tears were shed and some champagne was popped, and a glass was toasted in your honor.

In other exciting news… I’m headed to Mexico for 11 days starting February 1st for a birthworker training!!!!! AH! I’ll be working alongside traditional midwives in Mexico City and Oaxaca, focusing on herbalism, the closing of the bones ceremony, and so much more. I’m especially excited to spend a week learning alongside 12 other birthworkers from around the globe. Stay tuned...I can’t wait to bring this knowledge back to the families I serve.
February Meetups:
- Feb 18: 9:30am Mckelligon Canyon Walk
- Feb 19: 4:00pm Location TBD - open to suggestions!
- Feb 28: 1:30pm Mckelligon Canyon Walk
Before I go, I want your help with something. While working with a lovely mom this week, she shared what she would tell her postpartum self, and it sparked an idea. I want to create something like a love letter to new moms, written by those who’ve walked this path before them.
So tell me… what would you say to your postpartum self?
Sending you all the biggest hugs,
Kyndrick
